We recommend reaching out 9–18 months before your wedding date, especially for peak seasons (May–October and December). Our most popular dates fill a full year out. That said, we do occasionally have openings for closer dates — always worth asking.

Do you require a deposit to hold my date?

Yes. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The retainer amount goes toward your total balance.

What happens at the trial appointment?

Your trial is a full one-on-one session where we build and refine your look. We do your hair and/or makeup, take photos, and make notes so your wedding day is an exact repeat of what you approved. We recommend scheduling the trial about 4–8 weeks before the wedding — close enough to your actual hair length and color.

Trials are strongly recommended and required for brides who want guaranteed results. It's the only way to know exactly what you're getting before the day of. Think of it as the most important appointment in your wedding prep.

Can I book for just hair or just makeup?

Absolutely. We offer hair-only and makeup-only services. You are not required to book both.

Do you travel to the venue?

Yes — on-location bridal services are one of our specialties. We have worked at venues across Northeast Ohio and beyond. Travel fees apply based on distance from our Copley studio. Long-distance and destination weddings are available on a case-by-case basis.

How many people can you accommodate in my bridal party?

We can accommodate most party sizes. For larger parties (6+ people), we bring additional artists to ensure everyone is camera-ready on schedule. Party size is confirmed during the booking process.

How long does wedding hair and makeup take?

Budget approximately 60–90 minutes per person for hair, and 45–75 minutes per person for makeup. Timing varies based on hair type, look complexity, and party size. We build the timeline during the planning process so everyone finishes with time to spare.

What should I do to prep for my wedding day appointment?

Come with clean, dry hair (washed the night before or morning of — not the same hour). Avoid heavy serums or oils the morning of. For makeup, arrive with a clean, moisturized face. We handle the rest. A detailed prep guide is sent with your booking confirmation.

Yes — we use professional, long-wearing products and techniques specifically chosen for longevity. Makeup is set for all-day wear. Hairpieces and styles are secured to hold through dancing, heat, and humidity. We've been doing this long enough to know what falls apart and what doesn't.

Yes. We regularly service mothers of the wedding party and can factor them into the day-of timeline.

We can accommodate younger members of the party for simple styles. This is discussed during the booking process.

To keep the day running on schedule, we don't add services day-of. Everything is confirmed in advance so we can plan timing accurately.

Yes. Airbrush foundation is available as an option and is a popular choice for its seamless, camera-ready finish. Ask during your trial.

Bridal pricing is quoted per-service after a consultation. Factors include the complexity of the look, number of people, location, and travel required. We do not publish a public price list because no two weddings are the same — and we want to give you an accurate number, not a ballpark that surprises you later.

What is your cancellation policy?

The retainer is non-refundable in all cases. For cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date, additional fees may apply per the contract. We encourage you to read the contract carefully before signing.
